We index every commercial parcel in the United States and resolve the owner — so brokers, wholesalers, and investors can stop scraping and start closing.
Why we built it
LoopNet and Crexi show you what brokers have already decided to list. That's roughly 5–10% of the market. The other 90%+ — the properties trading direct-to-buyer, the operators whose grandfather bought the building in 1972, the LLCs that never see a marketing flyer — sit in county assessor records waiting for someone to do the identification work.
Doing that work manually takes weeks per deal. Stitching together county data, public records, and skip-trace services costs five figures a year and still produces a stale list. We thought: there should just be a search box.

Enterprise institutional research desks (CoStar fits that better). Residential investors crossing over to CRE for the first time. Anybody whose strategy is bidding on already-listed product — Crexi's auction marketplace is purpose-built for that and we won't compete with it.
