Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when you use CRE Finder. By using the service, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
You agree NOT to use CRE Finder to:
Misuse property and ownership data
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense parcel data, ownership records, or skip-traced contact information to third parties
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the service except through approved CSV export functionality
- Use the service to build a competing parcel or owner-lookup product
- Combine our data with other data sources in a way that re-identifies individuals outside the scope of legitimate real estate outreach
Harass or harm property owners
- Use skip-traced contact information for any purpose other than legitimate commercial real estate inquiries
- Send messages that are deceptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
- Violate the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, or analogous state laws governing telephone or email outreach
- Continue contacting an owner who has asked to be left alone
Abuse the platform
- Share an account login across multiple individuals or organizations
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit caps, or territory licensing restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except through a coordinated responsible-disclosure process (email hello@crefinder.ai first)
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service without prior written permission
Break the law
- Use the service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the property owner
- Misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting property owners
- Engage in mortgage fraud, deed fraud, or any practice that would dispossess an owner of their property unlawfully
Enforcement
CRE Finder may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate suspected violations, suspend access to the service, or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of this AUP. Repeated or egregious violations will result in permanent termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.
Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — whether by a CRE Finder customer, an owner's representative, or any third party — email hello@crefinder.ai with details. We investigate all reports in good faith.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
