Jace Perry is the founder and CEO of CRE Finder (crefinder.ai), an AI-powered commercial real estate search platform. A CRE investor, developer, and technologist based in Greenville, South Carolina, Jace built CRE Finder to give brokers, investors, and family offices the same data access that was previously limited to institutional players with six-figure CoStar subscriptions. Prior to CRE Finder, Jace worked across technology and real estate ventures in Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles, Portland, and Boise. He is a former Division I football athlete at Washington State University.
